I think this book brings about even more frustration than the last. Some of the book is very strange and fast paced with too much dialogue in. I did enjoy learning the full story of the Taltos but the ending is highly annoying especially since it is the last in the series.

I do appreciate how Rice has used history to her advantage in explaining about the Taltos but I very much feel that this book is not quite finished or at least the series isn't.
