Not really about Richard III, but about some murders at a convention of fans of king Richard III ( the king, not the play. And no, I did not know such people existed before this book!). It´s the second book Peters wrote starring the great Jacqueline Kirby, and the series keeps getting better - but this one is already a lot of fun!
Another Elizabeth Peters' series !!!! Being a fan of Amelia, and (thanks to BlossomU) of Vicky Bliss, I'm always interested in reading more of her books, so I've borrowed this one last Wednesday, and hope to have time to read it during the next couple of weeks (if no more rings/rays appear in my mailbox :-)
Jacqueline Kirby is funny, but still I much prefer Vicky or Amelia. The whole "Richard III" scene was great, I've been intrigued by that mystery as well, so it was good to know some more details. I can't say I enjoyed it so much I'd like to read the rest of the series so soon, but maybe someday when I don't have so much on my TBR pile BlossomU will be kind enough to lend me some more :-)
The book is back with its siblings. I do agree, tho, I know it is not as good as the Vicky Bliss mysteries, but Jacqueline is fun - and her next novels are better.
