Follow up to Silverwing. Shade the bat goes in search of his father and stumbles across a human building. Inside, he finds an artificial forest, with bugs, water and other bats. He and his company think they have found paradise, but soon bats start to dissappear. Shade escapes and continues his search for his father in the southern jungles where he encounters his old enemy, Goth, the king of the cannibal bats.
Another of my son's favorites and not up for trade until he gives his word that he no longer wants it.
