I did not like this Georgette Heyer romance as well as I liked Frederica. Still, the historical details are interesting, and it was an entertaining book. I am passing it along to someone else who might enjoy it more.

I liked this book a lot. Horry is such a funny character to begin with. I enjoyed her courage to go and ask the Earl of Rule to marry her than her much more beautiful sister. The conspiracies were a bit tiring i have to admit but still the fun of her character was still there. It was the first book of Georgette Heyer that i read but i think i will try to read more now.
