This is a light fun read, meeting again many of the characters we first met in Murder is Binding. A pretty good plot - although lot of it was predictable and I guessed "whodunnit" early on. The setting and the characters are already warm and familiar, and that makes this a great bit of cozy escapism to curl up with.
I will be sending this on as part of my booktown spiral this weekend.

arrived safely, am going to start this tonight
Oh bad bad Vespa. I'm so sorry :-( This book got shelved with my own books and not sent on as I thought it had.
I loved catching up with Tricia again ....funny how a formerly peaceful, crime free town turns into a veritable hot bed of crime when she moved in :-) A lovely easy book to read, looking forward to more of the series.
I have Anglersrest's address so it is going in the post now

A great little series and I am hoping there is to be a third book!
This is one of 7 books which were posted in May and returned to me via Royal Mail. Having been made aware that some post did not reach it's intended destination I wrote a letter of complaint. I am guessing other customers did too, as I received a letter from Royal Mail which indicated that an audit had been conducted and as a result of that, some items of post were being returned to me, so that I could identify if anything was still missing. This is one of those items. I shall be reposting this item off again to Calalilly on Thursday, and fingers cross it makes it to its destination!

Received this in the post today thank you Anglersrest. I've got 2 other rings ahead of this one of which I'm half way through so it shouldn't be too long before I get to this.

Ali I can't believe I've had this book so long, really sorry. This was a light and easy book to read and I enjoyed catching up again with Tricia Miles. I look forward to reading the next one in the series. Posting off to Scotsbookie now as Purplerosebud has asked to be passed on this.
Arrived this morning, thank you calalilly x
A welcome second book in this series. The geese problem made me chuckle, think seagulls & I get it!!! Looking forward to the next installment.
Thanks Heaven-Ali. its going in the post to LyzzyBee this afternoon.

I didn't guess whodunnit for a good long while and then was fooled by the twisty plot, but I enjoyed this and a perfect Sunday morning in bed read. I loved the geese! Will send on to Molekilby shortly.

I've hung onto this, trying to get it to Molekilby, but unfortunately I haven't been able to make contact with him, so I'm contacting Tanamo, the next on the list, to get it moving again. All done with Heaven-Ali's full knowledge and approval!!

And read much earlier than this JE would suggest, since it is a single sitting bit of fun. Liked the red herring villan, and the way certain things that are just too complex to turn out happily ever after in such a short time are left with a bit of hanging.

I just love this series: Tricia, Angelica and the rest of Stoneham´s characters have become my fictional family! Can´t wait for the next in the series...

Oops! Thought I'd done a JE when this arrived, but clearly not.
Continuing to enjoy this series, and I loved the geese, too.
Brumbie has asked to be skipped, so it's on to WelshHelen next.

Oops! Sorry - the book's been in my parcel box for quite a few days! Luckily, I finished my last read last night so can hopefully start this one tonight. Thanks for posting, Katisha and for sharing, Ali :-)
I think I enjoyed this even more than the first, maybe because the characters are now established and I have a real "feel" for Stoneham. Although I'd guessed the baddie early on I still enjoyed the story, a lot because of Lorna Barrett's easy style. Fun, fast and enjoyable; in short, it's a perfect cozy mystery :-)
I've PMd wigglywoods and will get the book moving as soon as I get an address. Thanks for sharing, Ali.
