A friend of mine gave me this book in Cusco, Peru. It has since been to a number of countries in South America. It is currently in Chile
An excellent first hand account about the day to day brutalities of the Vietnam war. Also raises some interesting philosophical questions about the nature of bravery and courage. It is ridiculous how many of the political points discussed in this book apply to the Bush administration. Hopefully, they won't be so relevant after January!
