The Midnight Club

John Stefanovuitch is one tough New York cop. Nobody knows the city like he does. Stef is out to get Alexandre St Germain, a powerful member of the Midnight Club - a secret international society whose membership is limited to an elite group of crime czars, all of whom are respectable business men.
One of Patterson's earlier novels before the Alex Cross series. Patterson acknowledges in the forward that this book inspired Alex Cross and and Sampson in his later novels.
As usual, another fast-paced story with lots of action. Packed full of suspense and kept me turning the pages. The villian in this book actually reminded me of "The Wolf" in the Alex Cross series.

I enjoyed this book! It's early Patterson, I enjoyed the characters, he is really good at making the characters real, even though you know they are fiction.
This book is in the ABC (Already Been Crossed) Bookbox.
