Wednesday the Rabbi Got Wet

First published in 1976.
"When a hurricane pummels Barnard's Crossing, an elderly temple member dies suddenly after taking his newly-prescribed antibiotic. Soon one member of the Jewish community after another falls under suspicion for drug tampering. With rumors flying, Rabbi Small struggles to uncover what really happened, before the temple crumbles from within."
EDIT 22.9.2007
This is the fourth Rabbi-book I’ve read. I’ve liked them all, because I love the main characters David Small and his wife Miriam. They are so real, modest, calm and warm people. Once again the rabbi solves a murder case in his calm way, and at the same time the reader can learn something about a small Jewish congregation and its habits.
I'll send the book to Wampberry.

This book left me cold and I couldn't quite get into it. A decent read but not my kind of book. I liked the things about jewish tradition though.
I'm sending this to Alejanda.
