Although I have marked this book as Women's Fiction it could just as easily have been listed as Mystery/Thriller too. Five women become very unlikely friends when they meet for the first time in a hospital ward but one of them is a brutal killer. It ain't at all bad. I kinda guessed who the murderer was (after going through the gamut of all the women, motives etc...)and in the end settled on the one woman I liked the least.

I've read other novels by Carol Smith and enjoyed them so when I saw this book on the book buffet table at the convention it had to come home with me!
