"Orlando Crispe's Flesh-Eater's Cookbook gives pride of place to flesh and puts beef back on the banquet table alongside a wide variety of other flesh. For Orlando Crispe no detail of preparation is too insignificant to be recounted. He even gives the recipe for Beef Stock au Orlando Crispe, which requires the commingling of the juices of the cow with those of the chef. Orlando Crispe goes on to show the power of food on human behaviour and how it can incite both love and revulsion."

I was tempted to put this book in the 'Literature & Fiction' category. At least, I hope that some of the book is fiction.....
