I love this book, and first read it due to bookcrossing, so have bought a copy to release in homage! (Once again I have forgotten to look up what the category and my rating were from last time, so sorry for any inconsistency!)
It continues the story of Thursday Next, heroine of The Eyre Affair, who is able to jump into and out of books, has a pet dodo, and follows the croquet championships. It is a rollicking good read, especially if you are fairly widely read to start with, but don't worry if you're not - this book will encourage you!

Released on Thursday, January 06, 2005 at about 2:00:00 AM BX time (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) at Continental Coffee House, 126 Streatham High Road in London, England United Kingdom.

RELEASE NOTES:

The Kente Coffee House is a friendly café with a great line in vanilla cappuccino (amongst other things - I defy you to resist their pastries and cookies!) and an Official Book Crossing Zone to boot. Go and see if you don't believe me!

The style of this book takes some getting used to - I think I would have benefited from reading the Eyre Affair first - but it's an inventive and entertaining read. Will be passing it on to friends in Cape Town, which is where I am at the moment.

I really enjoyed this bok - it's a bit crazy. Passed it onto the SeeHear offices in Cape Town, S Africa when I was there, so hopefully someone there will read it and pass it on.
