Really enjoyed this book. It was my first experience with Precious Ramotswe so didn't really know what to expect. I'm hoping to read the other books in the series in order. I know I'm in a book ring for the 1st one but didn't keep track so can't follow it up. Have to keep resisting buying one when they are on special. A matter of principle now!!

Since reading the book I have learned that a relative of Alexander McCall Smith was a pioneer Doctor in NZ and did great things setting up various health schemes in the North of the North Island. That makes these even more special in my view.

Haven't made proper plans for release yet as it is too good to release in all those places I release books and then hear nothing.

This book came on holiday with me to Point Lonsdale, Victoria, Australia over the Christmas/New Year vacation. It was my first read of this author and I thoroughly enjoyed this delightful story.

The book has been left at the beach house for others to read.
