Blueberry Girl

This is a prayer for a blueberry girl . . .
A much-loved baby grows into a young woman: brave, adventurous, and lucky. Exploring, traveling, bathed in sunshine, surrounded by the wonders of the world. What every new parent or parent-to-be dreams of for her child, what every girl dreams of for herself.
Let me go places that we've never been, trust and delight in her youth.
Nationally bestselling author Neil Gaiman wrote Blueberry Girl for a friend who was about to become the mother of a little girl. Here, he and beloved illustrator Charles Vess turn this deeply personal wish for a new daughter into a book that celebrates the glory of growing up: a perfect gift for girls embarking on all the journeys of life, for their parents, and for everyone who loves them.
Give her all these and a little bit more, gifts for a blueberry girl.

What a sweet little book, what a treasure!
Whoops! Another book I forgot to journal!
I loved this book. I already got two copies for friends who had baby girls.
Will be sent along to a new reader via the Calgary covid Bookcrossing book box.

Pulled this out of the Travelling Covid Book Box, read it - so lovely, then returned it to the box. The illustrations are beautiful and the words heartwarming.
Picked out of the book box!

Cute little book that I pulled out and read and out back in.
Putting back in book box 2
I love Neil Gaiman and everything he does, so of course I had to read this one real quick. One day I swear I will have a library full of every single one of his works (books, movies, everything!). Thanks for sharing!
Back into Book Box 2!
Pulling this one out of the box as it has made a complete rotation in Book Box 2.
Putting this one aside as there were a few people who wanted to read this one, I will see one of them soon and will pass this one along.
Picked out of the traveling book box#2

Returning to Calgary Book Crossing Group
Got these from a BookCrosser to return to circulation. I am sorting the books and either passing directly to a Calgary member who has requested it or returning it to the person who introduced it to the group. Hopefully this one will find a new reader soon!
Back in my hands. This will be held for a future release.
