While this was not Jackson's best book it was a good read. Cissy Cahill is a member of a well to do family in San Francisco when she discoveres the body of her grandmother at the foot of the stairs. Was it a terrible accident or something more? Cissy's mother Marla has recently escaped from prison and now it seems someone is trying to get rid of the members of Cissy's family. With lots of money at stake it seems no one is safe.
