Well, I don't really have much to say about myself . . . I like stories in all forms -- books, movies, plays, video games, anything --, writing, the Japanese language, fantasy and science fiction, long coats and suits in science fiction action films, the color blue, Lilo & Stitch, cats . . . the list goes on -- most of my tastes will be reflected in my bookshelf if I record things here long enough :)

I tend to most like books with heavy cultural world-building (mostly in sci-fi), "what is human?" themes (cyborgs, genetic constructs, aliens, half-aliens, werewolves -- anything like that), happy endings, and a little bit of romance ('cause I'm a bit sappy ^_- ).
