1956 Grosset & Dunlap hardcover, with dust jacket, Book Club Edition of the Presidential biography, written for teens. Illustrated by Charles Geer. I found this copy yesterday in the free books pile on the porch of Dimond Library.
Edit January 12, 2019: This was an easy read. It was curious to read it alongside Ike's own biography. Of course this children's book is heavier on his childhood, and lighter on his war years and political assignments. I currently have this ranked at #3223 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
