CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Sent as a wishlist RABCK to a fellow Bookcrosser.
Very exciting! jumpingin was kind enough to send me this lovely little book all the way from N. Vancouver! I am doubly excited because it has "the" in the title and I was running low on books I had read to release for the "The" Release Challenge. It was a delightful quick read to enjoy over the weekend.
Had been wanting to read this series for quite a while, and I think this book was a good introduction. Agatha's long-anticipated nuptials to her neighbour James Lacey are cancelled at the last minute (literally) when her not-as-dead-as-she-wanted-to-think-him first husband, Jimmy Raisin shows up at the ceremony. Soon, however, Jimmy is dead and both Agatha and James are suspects, and the mess that is Agatha's life in this book is only beginning to be realized. Very enjoyable.
