I picked this book up from the table of temptation at the Convention last week - sorry for the delay in journalling it. My partner is a keen baker so I am hoping he will find this very interesting.
What a great weekend it was!

Lovely book, but so may breadmaking books at home already - it is off to Leeds!

I am releasing this book to the book buffet at BCUK Unconvention 2013 in Leeds! If not picked up by another attendee it will probably end up on being wild released somewhere on the streets of Leeds on Sunday morning!

Something must have gone wrong here - I was sure I'd journalled all my books after Leeds. Maybe my husband made off with it before I had a chance: he's the bread baker in our house.

I picked this book because I bought a bread baking book a while ago on a book market and my mom also wanted a bread baking book. So I took my chance and took it along. So at least we can try some recipies, write them over and release it again :)

this book has been a while at my place so it is time for it to travel along.

Bread! I love making bread. This book has a seventies feel all over it, but it has lots of recipe's with lemon and orange zest and with parmesan. I neve made panatone, so that's a must do. I am not sure about the breads with instant coffee though.

Today I made an easterbread from this book.

Today I made the panetonne.

I bring this book registered by Ganesha with me to the annual Dutch meeting.

Am thinking about baking bread again, then i found this book. So now i have bake bread ;-)
