I picked this book up from the table of temptation at the Convention last week - sorry for the delay in journalling it. My partner is a keen baker so I am hoping he will find this very interesting.

Something must have gone wrong here - I was sure I'd journalled all my books after Leeds. Maybe my husband made off with it before I had a chance: he's the bread baker in our house.

Bread! I love making bread. This book has a seventies feel all over it, but it has lots of recipe's with lemon and orange zest and with parmesan. I neve made panatone, so that's a must do. I am not sure about the breads with instant coffee though.
