Wow! A generous package including this gem and two other Helene Hanff titles sent to me from waterfalling. She was gracious enough to find them on my wishlist and send them along! Many, many thanks to a fine member of the BookCrossing community.
What a lovely little addition to Helene's wonderful story, 84 Charing Cross Road. It's a delightful account of her trip to London and all the wonderful people she met. I completely enjoyed her wit and charm as she recounts her savored days and her loving friends. They truly do treat her like The Duchess of Bloomsbury Street! Many, Many thanks to waterfalling for sending it. I'll hang onto it and when they travel (the 3 books) they'll travel together.
Edited Oct 2010: T, at work has read both 84 and Duchess. They are both at home with me now on my PC shelf. I've loaned Q's Legacy to her now and then they'll all rest together until I figure out if I'll move them on or not. I love them sooooooooooooo!

I love London so of course I loved this book, and 84 Charing Cross Road. I have stayed in Bloombury and walked the same streets as Helene. I wish I could write and tell her how her writing makes me love London even more. Found at Thrift Books with Waterfalling bookplate. Grateful.
