Idiot America: How Stupidity Became a Virtue in the Land of the Free
3 journalers for this copy...
I actually picked this up at the Evanston Bookcrossing Meetup, but it wasn't registered. It is now!
More funny than factual - a lot of superficial analysis.

My mother saw this book in a bookbox as I was going through it for the convention. She insists on reading it, because the first paragraph made us all laugh. She'll journal it and be done with it before the convention :-) Thanks!
Picked up from the Book Buffet at the 2011 Bookcrossing Convention.

Some interesting insights, but the book as a whole is let down by its lack of any coherent structure - I got the feeling the author just threw together a whole load of facts and opinions (and the odd rant) without really thinking about how they related to each other.
