A bit of light entertainment & quite enjoyable. The characters were interesting if not likeable. Lauren, in particular, is as self-centred as they come & very hard to like. Predictable and a bit slow but not too bad for a first novel. I'd give Dillon's next one a try.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Heading north to visit amberC.
Surprisingly heavy...
I enjoyed this light read more than I had expected. Maybe it came along when I was in the mood for something easy to read.
I didn't dislike Lauren, just thought she was very immature. Katie was the character I couldn't take to and Russ was too nice and wimpy.
A very good first novel. I'd also give her next book a try.
