I don't normally read murder mysteries but I immediately liked his style, his Detective Espinosa and the setting of Rio de Janeiro. Very enjoyable.

Thought this would be interesting as it is st in Rio. Background interesting, but the ending was a complete fizzer. Someone should tell the author if he wants to write detective fiction he should develop a proper denouement.
