Very emotional story about the author, Frank McCourt - his struggle and survival from his poor condition in Limerick, living together with his parents and brothers. Frank conveyed in detail his personal accounts of his childhood life in Ireland, including his relationship with his parents, brothers, relatives and young friends. I had the chance to watch the film (the same title) but I think the book got all the details of Frank's journey of living!
Note: It is a long read but worth finishing it. I also released the book where I found it inside Belfast Central train station.
