By the author of The Dogs of Babel. The story of a mother and daughter who rift they attempt to heal while on a reality tv show.

I really enjoyed this book. It is an interesting view as all of the charcters in the book are heard from at some point. The event that happens prior to the mother-daughter duo going onto a "amazing race" style reality show changes their relationship and how they each view the world. The people, places and things that happen in the course of their playing will change them even more.
It is being sent off to a friend as I think she will enjoy it.
