Swan's Chance
2 journalers for this copy...
I have had this title much too long in my TBR pile and have decided to release the book. Swan's Chance is the second book in a trilogy. "Wild Swan," being the first and "A Season of Swans," being the third.
I really enjoyed "Wild Swan" many years ago, it is a bit hard to part with the series, however, I know that I won't pick these titles up for awhile, since my reading interests have changed.
Happy Reading:)

I received this book from ShyAnn. Thank you! I've added the book to my mountain, better known as TBR!
I must say that this book was a pleasant surprise, I was a little of its size....Another Gone with the Wind, over six hundred pages.
I loved reading all of them. :)
The story of a family, Carrington Falconer. Sweeping through history -- from the lush Maryland horse country to the thunder of Gettysburg. Wild Swan, their land, the foundation on which Alexandria (Alex) and Rane Falconer have built their lives and fortunes. Now, the war between the States threatens all. As Alex defends Wild Swan, and her race horses, Rane battles to save his shilbuilding business, it falls to a new generation to keep the cherished family bonds and heal the wounds of war.
There were certain areas that read like an textbook, but the overall story was amazing. I absolutely loved it! :)
