I did not enjoy this book. The story is about two women who meet in a park and one gives the other a book to read. I wanted the book to be about their friendship and about how the book affects their lives. I found this story was neither. I did not care about the women and could not understand how they even managed to maintain a friendship, supposedly over 20 years.
