Mrs. Ostler's class, Oakcrest Eagles 2007-08, will be releasing this book to other students via THE EAGLES' NEST.

On Friday, Sept. 20, Oakcrest is having a before-school reading activity for students and their parents. It's called Breakfast and Books.
As a part of the fun, fifty books will be available from The Oakcrest Elementary
Eagles' Nest. (See a picture of our catch-and-release site on wheels by going to the eagles-nest bookshelf.)
Mrs. Ostler and her second graders are excited to see this book do some traveling, and hope to read some responses from new readers soon.

All books offered on 9-21-07 via The Eagles' Nest found delighted new readers and homes. This one was claimed by Alexis.

MUMMIES IN THE MORNING is being added to a literacy memorial for MARY HOUSTON.
Oakcrest Eagles have found that books in a literacy memorial have a special, quality. This book has twice the magic, since it is now a part of two memorial collections.

Arrived safe and sound in Central New York. It pleases me so, to have some of Paul's books in Mary's Memorial Library. I've had several of Paul's books come across my lap this past year. I am releasing this book to the Mary Dunn Houston Memorial Library. I thank you Cbostler and the Oakcrest Eagles for your generosity in helping myself and Mary's family to get this library off the ground. May your kindness be returned ten fold. I thank you, The Oakcreast Eagles for being so wonderful. I hope you all grow up and continue your love of reading as Paul and Mary did.
