..or a Bloody Waste of Time. Long on Historical and rather short on the Novel. When stooping to write as Ellis Peters (Brother Cadfael)she cut out a great deal of flowery waffle and was much more successful.She should have taken that lesson back up to the lofty heights of Pargeter World.
