A lovely story about relationships which made me both laugh and cry.

I picked this up the the Planned Parenthood book sale today. Fill a bag for $5! So much fun!

A few of the descriptions in thias book nearly brought me to tears. I was pretty wrapped up in the story until about two-thirds of the way through when Kamryn's character suddenly became so annoying that I almost couldn't stand her.

I found it interesting that I didn't realize Kamryn was black until about 100 pages into the book. I don't know whether the author did that purposely, or whether it just wasn't a focal point since the book was published in the UK, not America. Funny.

I left this on a rocking chair outside Cracker Barrel on our drive home from Jellico, TN. Enjoy!
