This author's style was a little different than I'm used to reading. She spent less time on actual dialogue, and more time on what the main character was thinking. Also, it seemed to have a couple of incidents that had nothing to do with the plot (at least in my mind.)But a good story, and several spots of humorous naration.

I found this book on top of some mail boxes in June. I started reading it but found it hard to find extra time to read (as usuall). Last week I made a goal to finish it on a trip to New Mexico and leave it there for someone else. I left it in the lobby at Carlsbad Caverns on Saturday, August 4, 2006! It was a good book, but hard for me to get into. I then found it hard to put down after I got to the middle of it. It was kind of predictable in the end, but I loved the humor.
