The Bourne Identity

Enjoyed the Matt Damon movie.
A twisty thriller that certainly kept me guessing. As mentioned above, I liked the movie with Matt Damon, but the book was substantially different from the movie. It was much more complicated--even confusing at times. I had to devote more time to it than usual, but I think it was worth it. If you can get past the Cold War politics and the fact that Jason Bourne had to duck into a phone booth every five minutes in the pre-cell phone era, you'll enjoy it.
I'm sending this wishlist book to kitten99 in the UK because she is my Secret Santa partner this year. Included is a cute ornament I found in a catalog with a great quote from Louisa May Alcott, "She is too fond of books and it has addled her brain." Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, kitten99!

Received from collectorkerri as my secret santa book. I'm very grateful - it's been on my wishlist for a while, so thanks! I haven't seen the movie, I always prefer to read the book first!
This will go straight onto my TBR pile and will eventually probably be released as part of the 366 release 2008 challenge.
