This is Spike at his best, not too mad, not too vulgar but very funny about his war experiences. It was amusing to be reading it when the ABC showed a movie about Spike involving his family, including those in Woy Woy here in Australia. So I'm leaving it in Woy Woy on Thursday (13 October), near the library.
