It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post. The Man in the Queue

Very good mystery from a master of the genre.

I've just recently discovered Tey's books, so I'm very happy to receive this one. Thanks, annulla!
Well, I can't say I cared much for this one. I realise Tey was a product of her time, but sometimes the xenophobic attitude was overwhelming. And the plot seemed to go on endlessly, doggedly following Grant's pursuit of the party he'd condemned well before any jury could have a go at him. And then ::minor spoiler:: the real culprit shows up and confesses without any detective work from Grant.
And what is with this first-person narrative that pops up very briefly in just a few spots? Jarring, to say the least.
Well, I don't plan to give up on Tey, as I kind of liked DAUGHTER OF TIME and quite enjoyed BRAT FARRAR. But I'd say this is defnitely not her best work.
This goes out in the Mensa Mystery Swap.
