It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. During the summer of 1998, Peter Mortimer set off on the 500-mile journey from Plymouth to Edinburgh, with no money, transport or accommodation. This book tells of his experiences on the road, the physical demands placed on him, and the problems of life lived on the fringes of society.
I was having a coffee in this cafe which had just opened and saw a pile of books on a table with a notice to take one--marvellous. So my daughter and I did just that. It kept me occupied in the airport waiting for the plane. The book interested me as it mentioned Edinburgh and one man's unusual journey. I've not finished it yet but am finding it an enjoyable, light read and can recommend it.
