1968 Albert Whitman hardcover of #13 in the Boxcar Children series. This copy came from St. Jerome's School Library in El Cerrito, a few towns north of here. I found this yesterday in the Saroni Little Free Library.
I can let this go after I read:
1942 The Boxcar Children [read 2018]
1961 Blue Bay Mystery [read 2020]
1962 The Woodshed Mystery [read 2023]
1965 Schoolhouse Mystery [read 2023]
Edit January 22, 2024: This was good, but I just skimmed to end for time. It runs short, and is for young readers. I currently have this ranked at #7833 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
