Synopsis
University professor, Edwin, is married to obstetrician and gynaecologist, Cecilia. When childless Cecilia goes away for a year's study leave, Edwin finds himself increasingly in the company of the neighbours, one of whom, it turns out, is willing to be a surrogate mother.

Found this quite easy to get into, if not a little wierd. It makes me think a little of Lolita although the story really isn't the same. A good, quite engaging story.
