This slim softcover is from several crates' worth of books that I got at New Searles Elementary School, where they were being given away. It's a simple tale of a young shepherd who, when his old cloak got too tattered, made a new one - starting with shearing the sheep, carding and spinning the thread, weaving the fabric and dying it, all to have a fine new cloak for next winter!
