Given to me by my niece for Christmas as it is on my wishlist

I've stopped scoring books, however I felt this deserved a score. I really enjoyed it. It reminded me a bit about the time travellers wife, however it isn't anywhere near the same. It follows a man who has a condition which makes him not age at the same time span as normal mortals and lives several hundreds of years. It follow his life and the challenges this creates and attempts to hide who he is. T didn't guess the ending at all. It also has a small part in Tahiti, which means I have finally finished the 666+/Reading around the world challenge for 2023!
