The grammarians are identical redheaded twins who share an obsession with words. They speak a secret "twin" language as toddlers, and become enthralled with a weighty dictionary brought home by their father. As adults, they grow apart, split by differing views on prescriptivism, formality, and the changing nature of the written and spoken word.
I thoroughly enjoyed this story of wordplay, family relationships, and growth. I'm going to pass it on to a friend who may also enjoy it.

My friend returned it without reading it (too long for him) so I'll look for another good home.
Journal Entry 4 by hobbit at Book Box, A Bookbox -- Controlled Releases on Saturday, December 11, 2021
Released 2 yrs ago (12/11/2021 UTC) at Book Box, A Bookbox -- Controlled Releases
CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
I'm putting this into the Bookish Bookbox, a large box of books about books (and libraries, authors, etc.)
The Bookish book box is getting ready to travel again, which means that I have to journal all the ones that came back last year and determine if some have gone too many rounds and need to be pulled. This book made the cut and will go out in the new round.

Reserving from the bookish book box. Thank you!!!
This is quite enjoyable, but still looking for that 'umph' factor in the writing.
