This is not the same edition as illustrated - it's a nice hardback from Guild Publishing.
It's a story I've read before, probably more than once, and had intended to again, but I have realised that I must be realistic about the number of books I can expect to read in my lifetime, not to mention the number I can find room for in my limited space. I think I might have found a good home for it.

This book arrived through my letterbox this morning. Thank you so much for sending it to me. I've been wanting to read this story, as it was my moms favourite book and we often used to watch the film together.
