Bought in a thrift shop in Glasgow.

This was very much the first in a series, rather frustratingly so. It was nonetheless an entertaining read, leaving me hoping to mooch the next book(s) in the series. I kept thinking about how the author of the Twilight series is apparently a member of the Mormon community, and the main character in this one seems to come from a very restrictive and exclusive family (or at least, her "step-loser" is a big wig in that community), not terribly unlike what I have gleaned about the Mormons. It also reminded me a little of the enemies of the Changers in the books by T. Cooper. Currently this book is stored in Mallorca.

This travelled by car from Switzerland to France and now heads over to Florida, thanks to bookmooch. Enjoy!
