Even though it is only semi-autobiographical I've classed it as biography & memoir - maybe incorrectly.

"A story of love, sex and self-discovery. " Certainly an unusual take on life in China. Set in 1999, the story is about a very modern young woman with what seems a very Western lifestyle in terms of sex, relationships and drugs. The passages about her relationship with her boyfriend are very poignant. What struck me was that a young person (25) doesn't have a computer or know how to use one, and has ambitions to be a writer.
