3 journalers for this copy...
I love this book; my own copy stays in the relative safety of my parents' home but after one of my friends landed a role in a local production I bought him a copy to celebrate and got myself another one to make up for not having my own nearby.
I guess I'll regret sending this one out into the world soon enough and have to buy another copy, but for now I need the shelf space, and someone else should get to relive the girls' adventures.

Realized I never read this classic as a child - though I always meant to.
Enjoyed seeing the author's family home in Massachusetts (on a wonderful trip there for our niece's wedding) and learning about her family's difficulties and hard work, due mainly to an idealistic/financially-challenged father!
Appreciate having this nice copy from England.
Thanks, minx2012!
(Let me know if you decide you'd like it returned!)

Released/loaned this book to BC friend pleasantread - at our Pleasanton meet-up this evening.
Thanks JDT for passing on this classic at our Meet Up. I have put it on my TBR shelf for sometime soon.
Got this last month at the meet up. I am so slow at getting these books logged in. Sorry.
Passing this along at the Children's Literacy Train Event in San Francisco.
