This is a great little book. Blends together themes of adolescence, music, mentoring and the Holocaust. I loved it because instead of reading books set in New York or London, this one has a local settings and all the places mentioned are places I've lived in!

Hi
I caught this book in an Internet Cafe in downtown Adelaide. Couldn't believe it was there for someone to pick up! I thought the book was just brilliant, beautifully written and a really good read from start to finish. I am English, and have now returned to the UK, when I passed on the book to our daughter who is living in Germany. She is very musical and I'm sure she will appreciate it as much as I did.
Thanks so much for the experience. Sallie.
