Runner, A Jane Whitefield Novel

Good book in the Jane Whitefield series by Thomas Perry. This one follows a familiar story line that is more on point than the previous one; nice to be back to a more solid plot. That said, some might find the formula getting a bit stale. Fortunately, the author is making time for the stand-alone novels, which seem to be stronger. Nonetheless, worth the read.
Passing to a friend who enjoys the author and these books. Hope she likes it. Perhaps later into the wild.

Good addition to the Jane Whitefield series by Thomas Perry. Jane comes out of a five year retirement to help a 20-year-old girl pregnant by a crazy man who is almost twice her age. Jane guides Christine out of danger, in a fast and furious escape, then teaches her how to stay safe. Christine makes a big mistake and is re-captured by six professional hit people hired by a crazy, spoiled, not-so-smart rich man. When Jane finds out Christine has been taken she goes on a mission to find her and her baby. I enjoyed this book. It moved fast and the plot had interesting twists and turns. Releasing into the wild. Hope the next reader enjoys this book as much as I did.
