a really enjoyable read. very good and accurate descriptions of life in the restaurant business and the trials and tribulations of opening a restaurant. lots of depth, lots of things going on and very interesting characters. hard to put down.
I found the book, mysteriously wrapped in gift paper, in my hotel room at The Muse Hotel in Times Square, New York. I have not had time to read it this summer and so, am releasing the book today with hopes another will enjoy it.
