A terrifyingly avid reader. Would read the phone directory if nothing else is available.

I read in English, Deutsch, Français, Schwyzertuetsch, very little in Italian.

Love use of good language. Is owner of umpteen dictionnaries, lexicas, wordbooks, ethymological works, bibles, etc. etc. Collector of children books with lovely pictures, of books with drawings by unusual artists, of books, in short!!!

Am heartbroken for every time a book is leaving home.... but am full of joy when another book finds its way into home.

More will follow when I have finished reading the five different books I have lying open in every room plus the several hundreds I have piled up...
