Just started this one today, picked it up in the sale bin at Borders along with two other good finds, so far it is both funny and interesting . . . Promises to be a decent mystery offering with an interesting protagonist and perspective.
I'm about halfway done with this one and so far it's really good. It's interesting to be reading something with a totally different slant from many of the mysterys I've read. The protagonist is an African-American journalist living in LA, and the descriptions particularly of places are fantastic. I'll be able to say more once I'm completely finished.
Just barely finished reading . . . Absolutely wonderful book! Wow.
