It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.

Moving pictures is -you guessed it, didn´t you- a Hollywood parody (including references to Gone with the Wind, "what´s up, duck" and a-Discworld-version of Lassie).
The only Discworld-book I didn´t like is Soul Music (a Rock-music parody) so it´s surpising that a Hollywood parody turned out to be this good. Bravo, Pratchett.

Strange things are afoot in Discworld (aren't they always?). The alchemists have invented Moving Pictures and set up film studios at Holy Wood, attracting people, trolls and other denizens of Discworld from far and wide.
But when the model elephants on the resometer at the Unseen University start spitting out lead pellets and animals suddenly start talking, it bodes*.

* It doesn't bode anything in particular, it just bodes, ok!

Oh dear, sorry guys... I really thought this was the weakest of his that I've read so far. It was all surface and no depth, but maybe that was the point...
