Thanks kazmum2boys I have started reading it and it is an easy over view on what is going on during what week and ways to keep yourself and the foetus healthy.

a very good short over view of each week of pregnancy the only down fall is that some of the info is only good if you live in the UK. However I would recommend the book to any pregnant woman
